Load wallet replenishment via                   payment systems now available!



With over 500 branches nationwide, Metrobank introduces easy ways to replenish your VMobile load wallet at no extra charge. “Same-day crediting” applies, NO LX RELOAD command required. Here are the options:


Via Branch Counters:
Go to the nearest or most convenient Metrobank branch.
Get a copy of the “PAYMENT SLIP” (Green form) NOT the Blue Form DEPOSIT SLIP and accomplish the required information/details:

Company Name : VMobile
Subscriber Name :
Member's Name (i.e. Juan dela Cruz)
Subscriber Number   :
Members ID Number (i.e. 5412345678)
Reference Number :
Cellphone Number (0909-1234567)
Mode of Payment  :
Cash/ Check/ Debit Account

Note: Slips are to be accomplished in duplicate copies
(1st Copy – Bank copy while 2nd Copy – Client’s copy)

Present payment slip to Metrobank tellers together with cash/check & SOA.
Once validated, the teller will give you your validated copy.
Before leaving. Check & verify the copy received (payment slip serves as proof of payment).

Via MetrobankDirect:


Go to your Metrobank branch of account and enroll in MetrobankDirect.
Login to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com/ and select “PAY BILLS”
Under “SPECIAL BILL” choose “VMobile Technologies Inc.” from the dropdown list of billers.
Input the required information:



Subscriber Number : Members ID Number (i.e. 5412345678)
Reference Number :
Cellphone Number (0909-1234567)
Account Number  :
<Account Number where the payment will be sourced from>
Amount of Payment :
Php xxx.xx <amount desired>
Credit Date :
<“Immediate Payment” or “Future Dated”>

Click
“CONTINUE” button.
Click
“CONFIRM” button for the system to process your payment.
View or print Transaction Acknowledgment Receipt  as proof of payment.


Via Mobile Banking:
Go to your Metrobank branch of account and enroll your Globe, Sun or Smart phone in Mobile Banking.
Download the Metrobank Mobile Banking applet through a link sent via SMS text by Metrobank. A confirmation shall be sent once registration is successful.
Select “PAY BILL”.
Select Biller; select Others; and select “VMobile Technologies Inc”.
Input the required information:


Subscriber Number :
Members ID Number (i.e. 5412345678)
Account Number  :
<Account Number where the payment will be sourced from>
Amount of Payment :
Php xxx.xx <amount desired>

Key in your MPIN to confirm the transaction.
Wait for the SMS confirmation of thestatus of your payment and save the message for future reference.

Load wallet replenishment via         BDO Auto-Debit now available!

 

VMobile load wallet replenishments has never been this easy! Just visit any UCPB branch and experience fast and reliable services nationwide - at no charge! Expect “same-day crediting” till 3pm, with NO LX RELOAD command required.


Just follow these simple steps and enjoy the convenience:

  1. 1. For over-the-counterTCCF payments, proceed to any UCPB branch.
  2. 2. Fill-out a Payment Slip (as shown). Once validated by the Teller, you will be given
  3. the validated Upper Portion of the Payment Slip and serves as your Transaction Receipt.
     

Note that the Payor's Name and the Subscriber Account (use your ID number for this

field) are MANDATORY fields. Select the Mode of Payment (CASH). Your payment

will be applied by VMobile based from these information. NO NEED TO

SEND LX RELOAD notification!

With BDO Auto-debit, all you have to do is send a Text message to LoadXtreme and your Technopreneur or TechnoUser account will subsequently be replenished within the day thru your BDO bank account. The amount indicated in your Text request will be debited from your BDO account. That’s hassle-free replenishment for your LoadXtreme loadwallet!


Just follow these simple steps and enjoy the convenience:


1. Enroll your BDO bank account under the Auto Debit Arrangement by

visiting your BDO servicing branch and filling-up the ADA Enrollment Form.

Indicate your LX ID as Subscriber Number under the Customer Payee List

Information section of the form (see figure below).


2. Submit the document to BDO – ADB Branch G/F Robinsons Equitable

Tower ADB Avenue, cor. Poveda St. Pasig City or send the form to VMobile

head office with address at:

3. Wait for the approval confirmation of your ADA enrollment via SMS.


4. Once enrolled, you may begin to use the LoadXtreme-BDO Mobile

Auto-Debit by sending the following SMS command to the LoadXtreme

system each time you need to replenish your LX account:

Important Notes: Minimum allowable amount is P500. Auto-debit commands sent beyond 4PM shall be processed the next banking day. Last batch of crediting is done at 7PM of each banking day.

​Policy on myLX commission conversion to loadwallet



Loadxtreme Subscribers (Technopreneurs and TechnoUsers) can convert their sales commissions from selling LX Dealership Franchise Package, AXS Subscription Package, and AXS Reorder Package starting October 6, 2008.


LX Load Wallet conversion request is available only through Subscribers’ LX web log-in (http://mylx.biz or http://axs.loadxtreme.ph) – ‘Convert Earnings’ Menu. Minimum conversion amount is Php 1,000.00, subject to 10% Withholding Tax per transaction.

3. Segregate CHECK from CASH payments. For check payments, indicate the Drawee Bank/Branch and the check number. For cash payments, indicate the denomination and quantity of bills.


4. If you have an account with UnionBank, and wish to pay via Debit-to-account, fill-out the Account Number field found at the upper right portion of the form.



5. For ATM payments, simply enter your PIN number. Choose bills payment from the onscreen MENU and follow the step by step procedures displayed on the screen. (Available to UnionBank ATM machines and Account holders only)


6. For Internet payments, simply log on to your personal account via www.unionbankph.com and choose "BILLS". Follow the simple steps displayed on the screen. (Available to UnionBank account holders only)

Over-the-Counter Payment (OTC)

Easy steps to pay VMobile:


1. For OTC payments, proceed to any UnionBank branch.


2. Fill-out a Bills Payment slip (as shown below) in duplicate copies. Once validated by the Teller, you will be given the duplicate copy plus a Transaction Receipt.



Note that the Payor's Name and the Account #/Card #/Ref # are MANDATORY fields. Use your ID number for these fields. Your payment will be applied by VMobile based from these information.
